Sampling pump ADI

Summary：
To offer gas into the sensor smoothly, we need pump to fasten the gas into, we call it sampling. All components and quality was controlled by ADI inside. 
The sampling pump used membrane way to suck in. it has advantage in non-pollution, non-effected, maintenance free, low noise, low power cost, long life time, low leakage. It is familiar with working forward and beside the sensor.

Theory：
Diaphragm of pump is down to make single way valve in inlet opened and outlet closed, make sure gas flowing from source to pump inside, getting vacuum. 
Next step the membrane is up, single way valve is closed in inlet and valve is opened in outlet. It blows out from pump inside to outlet, it makes pressure.

Temperature up to 205 degree Celsius

Flowrate：3.9L/min- 100L/min
Aggressive gas resistance, high temperature resistance, salt fog resistance, low leakage
Pressure is up to 5.1 bar
